Sales is the lifeblood of any company. This saying goes very well at Bambino. Each sales team member in our company has a unique story, which motivates them by their hopes, dreams, and triumphs.
Our sales team has competencies that enable each of the sales member to understand customer’s perspective. This deep understanding of customers help our sales team to connect with customers.
Field force
Field force is a critical link to our company with the customers. Bambino has got a well-trained team of Field Force comprising Sales Representatives, Territory Sales Incharges, Sales Officers, Area Managers, Regional Managers, Zonal Managers, General Manager & Vice President. They are all well-trained, well informed and they have been molded into an energetic team to reach every part of the country. The team is headed by respective manager in each state and nationally all of them report to the Executive Director of sales & marketing.
Modern trade
Bambino has a separate sales team to look into the needs of Modern Trade, which is spread over various parts of the country, through multi department and shopping complexes. This ensures the products availability in every nook and corner of the country.
Fresh stocks
Bambino aims to be a company of experience and inspiration, through our supply of fresh stocks. Our products are so fresh that it stir-up passion for food. To ensure that the consumer gets the factory fresh stocks, we maintain FIFO (first in-first out) system in all depots and carrying & forwarding agents and through stockists.
Consumer services cell
Our aim is to help solve your concerns as quickly and as efficiently as possible. To ensure this, the company has a dedicated team to look into the consumer complaints, address it, take remedial steps and ensures that the consumer gets a complaint-free stocks and his grievances are addressed by a separate team of trained people. The company ensures that the suggestions received from the consumers are communicated to the Quality Control (QC) to improve the quality.
